According to Art. 13 sec. 1-2 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 z
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to processing
personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive
95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter “GDPR”), I inform that:
I. The administrator of personal data is LEP Maciej Kluczewski
II. Your* data will be processed only by LEP Maciej Kluczewski, in accordance with
rules listed in art. 5 GDPR

e) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
VI. Providing data is voluntary, but refusal to provide them may make it difficult or difficult

VII. Please be advised that we do not make decisions in an automated manner and your* data

VIII. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time
